After obtaining a BSc Mechanical Engineering degree, Dale started his career in the heavy mineral sands mining and processing industry. He then obtained his Government Certificate of Competency to be appointed as a Section Engineer, as required by the Mines Health and Safety Act.
Dale joined an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) company in the mining and processing industry where he was involved with multi-disciplinary engineering teams for project studies, of all levels of definition, and execution projects.
Prior to joining Lloyd Warwick, Dale worked as a Project Manager executing projects in Africa for one of the largest gold mining houses.
Although based in Johannesburg, Dale has extensive experience in handling large and complex losses throughout Africa.
