Nathan joined Lloyd Warwick in 2023 as an Adjuster, after working with a renewable energy loss adjusting specialist. He has a background in industry having worked in maintenance, management and engineering within nuclear generation across the UK. Nathan is working towards his Diploma in Insurance (CII) and has presented at an international Brokers Renewables Conference.

From 2008 to 2020, Nathan worked for EDF Energy at Dungeness B nuclear power station.  Having completed their 4-year engineering apprenticeship he started his career as a control and instrumentation technician and subsequently held roles as a team leader and finally a systems engineer. During his time with EDF he worked on multiple complex projects, travelled to a number of EDF’s other nuclear sites in the UK to support with strategic outage work and carried out incident investigations utilising Root Cause Analysis, behavioural/training analysis and several other skills/tools.

In 2019, Nathan attained a distance-learning Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Materials and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth.

In 2020, Nathan transitioned into Loss Adjusting, joining a firm specialising in renewable energy where he was involved with and led investigations for solar and wind losses across the UK, Europe, South America and Australia.
