A mechanical engineer with 19 years of experience in energy, power generation and specialty loss adjusting, Allison has lived and worked in the US, Europe and Asia. Following a graduate trainee programme during which she gained experience in engineering project management and completed coursework at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, Allison took up a position as a subsea engineer for an international E&P operator in Aberdeen, UK. An experience coordinating the technical support for an insurance claim led to a career change in 2010 when she took up a position with an international loss adjusting company in London.
