Alistair Lamb

Managing Director Asia for Lloyd Warwick International. Alistair is an experienced electrical/mechanical engineer with specialist knowledge of rotating equipment along with experience working on offshore platforms and within petrochemical facilities. Alistair specialises in construction and operational energy losses, including upstream, downstream (refining and petrochemicals) and power generation (thermal and renewable), along with the related time-element claims.

Alistair graduated from Edinburgh University with an honours Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. He later completed a Master of Laws in Oil and Gas Law through Aberdeen Business School. Alistair is also a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Following time in industry, he moved into loss adjusting in 2011 based out of Singapore.

  • Refining and Petrochemical losses – India, Thailand, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, Taiwan
  • Gas/steam turbine failures – India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines
  • Generation and transmission losses – South East Asia, Middle East, North Africa
  • Renewables (wind, solar, geothermal, hydropower) – Thailand, Philippines, Nepal
  • Offshore construction claims – South East Asia
  • Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines (SURF) – South East Asia
  • Cargo losses – South East Asia
  • Marine losses – South East Asia
