Loss Adjuster at Lloyd Warwick International (Australia) Pty Ltd Peter is a Chartered Naval Architect (ECUK) with a Bachelor of Engineering (Naval Architecture) and a Masters in Management Studies (Project Management). Peter maintains a Texas All-Lines Adjuster’s Licence. He joined Lloyd Warwick in 2019. Areas of expertise include both first party and liability claims related to onshore and offshore energy assets and equipment.

Peter graduated from the Australian Maritime College in 2005 with a B.Eng(Honors) in Naval Architecture. Peter spent eight years supporting the Royal Australian Navy sustaining the existing fleet and providing technical support to new build projects. Peter worked in London from 2014 with Kellogg, Brown and Root as a structural and marine expert designing fixed and floating assets for numerous projects throughout the world. Peter began his loss adjusting career in 2014 with an international energy adjusting company and quickly became involved in major losses globally, subsequently he joined Lloyd Warwick in 2019. Peter is a member of the planning committee for the Houston Marine and Energy Insurance Seminar. Peter’s industry experience has enabled Peter to manage and direct claims involving:

  • Offshore Vessel and Platform property damage including fires, mechanical failures and collisions / allisions
  • Underwater Equipment Claims including AUVs, ROVs, seismic equipment, custom equipment
  • Onshore Rig Physical Damage – flooding and equipment failures
  • Gas compressor stations / gas plants / export facilities /gathering facilities property damage claims
  • Power Distribution – subsea umbilical physical damage
  • Ports and Terminals – Pollution Liability, Physicial Damage
  • Liability – Pollution Liability, Vessel Allision / Allision, Defective Vessel Design
  • Cargo- Fuel Contamination, Stock Throughput Loss
  • Builders Risk Claims involving onshore facilities, offshore platforms, subsea infrastructure, pipelines and subsea umbilcals
  • Pipeline Physical Damage– explosion, parting, onshore / offshore
  • Onshore/Offshore pipeline physical damage and Builder’s Risk Claims
