David qualified as a Structural Engineer in the UK in 1993, becoming a Director of his own structural engineering consultancy in 2006 before relocating to Australia in 2009, taking up a position with Crawford & Company as a Senior Engineering Adjuster.

During his time in the UK, David was involved with structural assessments, procurement of services and project management in connection with numerous insurance claims for leading Insurers and Loss Adjusters, as well as extensive multi-million dollar property assessment audits.   During this time David gained a reputation for innovative solutions and problem solving on a wide range of matters.

Since entering the Insurance Industry David has gained extensive experience in the handling of major construction, engineering and property claims (including Construction Liability and Professional Indemnity) across a wide range of industry sectors.  A selection of relevant industry experience is included below.
