Loss Adjuster for Lloyd Warwick International (Houston), Inc. Nian is a licensed insurance adjuster with over 20 years of adjusting and accounting experience. Nian’s areas of expertise in adjusting include onshore and offshore physical damage, business interruption and contingent business interruption, operator’s extra expense, pollution and liability claims.

Nian graduated from Wichita State University in 1997 with a degree in Finance.  After obtaining his bachelor degree, he immediately pursued his MBA and graduated in 1999.  Nian’s started his career with a distribution company as an accountant in 1999.  In 2001, he began his insurance loss adjusting career with the energy loss adjusting firm, Rush Johnson Associates (now Charles Taylor Adjusting).  Nian joined Lloyd Warwick International in 2017.  He is experienced with onshore and offshore Physical Damage, Business Interruption and Contingent Business Interruption, Loss of Production Income, Extra Expense, Control of Well, Seepage and Pollution, and Product Liability claims.  He has gained experience in managing claims involving:

  • Seepage and Pollution – Crude oil and saltwater spills
  • Refinery, Gas Processing Plant, Well Pad Facility Fires – US onshore
  • Gulf of Mexico Hurricane Physical Damage, Well Control, BI/CBI losses
  • Product liability – Contamination
